Want to hire architectural drafting person for single set of drawings

Hi there,

Am putting together secondary suite development application.

Require site plan, elevation plan and floor plans and cross sections.

I have real property report that shows current dimensions.

Anyone have time and software to prepare plans?

Are you adding windows? You only need the elevation and site plans if you are. You also shouldn't need cross sections for a basement.

I have used PDW Design for this kind of work before. They are a smaller group who might be best for this kind of job.
