View Full Version : Decent real estate lawyer on the cheap?

So we've come to terms selling our old house. Unfortunately, we got a little dicked when it comes to something they wanted "fixed". What they wanted won't properly solve the issue, but they got $2100 off to do it anyway.

Since we aren't getting quite what we wanted, I thought maybe we can save a little on closing costs.

So, does anyone know of a good Real Estate lawyer that we could use who doesn't cost an arm and a leg?

Thanks peeps.

Guess these guys are closed to do "medical reasons"?

Any other suggestions?

Doesn't sound like it. I believe their message said they were closed indefinitely.

highly recommend Dan Ramsay (https://www.ramsaylc.com/) if you are in the NW. he's a no BS guy and generally comes in at a lower cost since he runs a small operation.

Not sure if you are still looking, but I would go with https://kahanelaw.com/ He has recently blown up and expanded, but real estate is his bread and butter.

Thanks guys. I actually went with the same lawyer who handled the purchase of my newly built home. Since we had just dealt with them, they cut us a small deal and the closing costs are looking to be somewhere around $750, which I thought was pretty reasonable.

Makes sense. Chances are their SEO company is monitoring local forums/etc. for conversations like this one.

I mean, I would be. lol
