I'm looking to get the balcony on the 2nd floor from the Master Bedroom repair/rebuild. It wasn't maintained properly and all the woods are rotten. Any recommendations or any deck guys here on beyond interested in taking a look?

Is the underlying structure rotted as well or just the deck surface?

From what I can tell it's just the deck surface but I'm no expert..
