Quoted because at some point in about 5 years, history will change and this will all be the fault of climate change... so much so, that politicians will be jacking carbon taxes to 100$ a ton.

Whether it regrows or the ice keeps retreating is what Climate Change will decide.

According to that article it sounds like the scientific community is split on what will happen.
