Wheelchair Help

Not sure if this belongs in car forums...
My buddy was in a motorcycle accident (a while ago now) and is now confined to a wheelchair and he wants to get spinners for it... anybody know where? he saw them in a video (music) and ive searched all over the internet with no avail.

ask somebody around here that has a cnc machine, maybe they would donate them or something or just the cost of the raw materials?
