Motorola is going to release a CDMA/GSM phone!!! that's crazy. i wonder how it works. You get the good reception from cdma and the cool phone/convinience from gsm.

Impressive. Nice looking phone. I'm not sure how beneficial this is to someone on Telus though who doesn't leave the county.

There are already GAIT phones (GSM/TDMA/Analog) out there which are great for networks like Fido so you can still get coverage across Canada.
