You'll love coming home this cozy, yet spacious top-floor condo suite in the Beltline neighbourhood of Calgary. Suite 514 is located on the top floor, allowing for a 2nd-floor open-air loft and soaring 15' ceilings in the foyer and living room. It is freshly painted with new carpets. Our last tenants (a mature couple) happily lived in this suite for 4 years.
The spacious master bedroom fits a king-size bed with enough room for two end-tables. Walk-through his-and-hers closet and ensuite bathroom with tub-shower.
The kitchen has an almost-brand new electric stove and oven, large fridge and microwave. Fantastic amount of storage and cupboard space, with room for a small table and chairs (1 table and 2 chairs included in unit). Kitchen is open to the living room - great for entertaining and getting all the natural light from the double-height windows in the living room.
Enjoy the heat and cozy ambiance of a real gas fireplace in the living room. Gas is included in the rental cost, the last tenants said they never had to turn on the baseboard heaters because it got warm enough from the fireplace.
In-suite storage unit includes a washer and dryer. They're not new, but our last tenants said they worked great.
The open loft is perfect for a study/work space.
Very spacious covered balcony (100 SF) has a BBQ gas hookup and electrical sockets.
PARKING: Double indoor parking- room for 2 cars stacked, underground, secured, heated, clean.
