Silk Road has a great selection. Co-op and Sobeys do sell a limited variety.

If you absolutely have no luck finding what you need, let me know. I brought back some whole dried Kashmiri chilies from my last trip to India and froze some.

I have had better luck just dehydrating them myself in the oven from fresh. Super easy to do, esp if you have an oven with dehydrate setting.

Had this same issue last summer.

Hit up Silk Road at farmers market. They had me well covered.. don’t think I’ve ever spent as much on Chili in one go

Made this today minus the anchovies and marmite.. pretty solid I think. Definitely the most expensive chili I’ve ever made

Having lived in three states in the SW, I can assure you that "chili" is something that only a celebrity food blogger from NYC would make.

That is a bullshit recipe..In December i'am having a minus 20 day around my pit sausages and chilli. if interested let me know dress warm. live the adventure. Frozen around the fire with warm food in the belly. Bucket list material.

+1, also the 50th Ave SE location. Whichever is closer for OP.

Haven't been in a long time but Basha foods on Barlow near Sunridge had a good selection of fresh and dried chilies.
