I picked up my E63s this weekend. Huge thumbs up to Justin Edgar at Downtown Mercedes. It took much much longer then expected, he went out of his way to update the best he could with the limited information he was getting from MB Canada....After more then a year since I placed my order I am now driving it

Even managed to get MB Canada to toss in some Winters for the extended wait time...

Also Thanks to Renee at Ultimate Auto Protection for the Full Xpel wrap, tint and blacked out grille

https://www.facebook.com/ultimateautoprotection/

I have only put about 100kms on it.... The delivery of power is just bonkers

I don't think they ever cared enough to check. I had my C63 tuned and whenever I took it in for work, they never asked or cared. Perhaps that has changed now.

I think with the N/A. Motors there were very few problems, now with the turbo motors I think there is a lot more issues and causing a new response from the manufacturers.

You know what they say about "who is soon parted with his money". Unfortunately spending money seems to be something that it takes no ability to do, but few have the ability to make it faster than they spent it. If you don't mind blowing cash there are literally endless peddlers of substandard wares that will happily take it off your hands for you.

Ask Gestalt, he'll give you a clear and well-written dissertation on why Teslas are the greatest cars ever built and every other car in the history of the automobile is a huge piece of shit. The "enthusiast car" is a reference to him dropping truth bombs in the two ongoing Tesla threads here, and the trolls that are trying to bring him down.

Jordan, Are you finding the features in the Premium Pack worth it? I'm thinking about going without it.

Heated Armrests - Front
Head-Up Display
Warmth Comfort Package
Foot Activated Trunk / Tailgate Release
Heated Rear Seats
Drive-Dynamic Multicontour Driver's Seat
Climate Comfort Front Seats
Roller sunblinds in rear doors (manual)
360° Camera
KEYLESS-GO
Enhanced Heated Front Seats

Other than the 360 camera and maybe the HUD, I'm not sure if I need anything in there.

Keyless start is standard. So push start with key in pocket.

Keyless go is the keyless unlock. Touch inside handle to unlock, outside handle to lock. Without it you need to press key to lock and unlock.

At one point, you could order keyless go completely separately outside of the premium package. Not sure if that’s still the case.

One feature that initially comes off as stupid that I can’t recomend enough is the HUD.

Completely changes the way you drive and for the better, eyes always on the road. My only gripe is that I find AMG’s linear rpm gauge tough to read quickly at the low ranges, but the shift lights in the HUD help with that up top.

Also AMG performance seats, because racecar.

I also really wish I had the 360 camera, just seems like an overall fantastic idea.

Mass drop currently has the 430 2 channel on for $150 and they keep putting the 750s 2 channel up. It was there last week and I'm sure it will return in the next while. If you're looking to save some $$. They had the 750s marked down a good chunk.

I think so, looks like the same Recaros across the board. I've had no problems with long trips either. Have done 12 hour drives in them.
