I have heard good things about Okotoks Honda. I have not yet reached out to them.

Lease rate/finance rates are effective until Nov 30. Will there be better deal in Dec?

As for your last question, the dealers themselves don't know the rates until the next month. This is done on purpose otherwise people would always be waiting.
