Was driving in this morning and around 8:05am I heard honk, screech, crash. 3 people got out of their cars immediately and just started running full speed. I drove by in a far lane so I didn't really see what happened but does anyone know? Was a pedestrian involved? I thought maybe something like that because I have never seen multiple people get out of their cars and start running after an accident before.
