Dishwasher top rack won’t spin

Could use some help, have an LG 3850dd3006a dishwasher that the top shelf refuses to clean. I have taken the thing apart from pretty well top to bottom and still the top shelf doesn’t appear to be even slightly be spraying or have enough pressure to spin... help?!

Water gets to the top sprayer via the diverter valve. The valve is inside the guts of the pump assy. but the diverter motor is accessible via the bottom of the dishwasher.
Could be the motor, the valve, a blockage in the path to/from the valve, or the controller not telling the motor to move the valve (unlikely).

Youtube has a ton of videos on dealing with the diverter motor. Opening up the pump assy to look at the valve could be dangerous, as if the seals are bad, some are impossible to get, as I found out when cleaning my pump assy.

If you’re fixin to buy a new one anyways, what’s the harm in taking it apart? Could be a simple fix.
