Looking for heated storage for a business. It would be for a term of about a year and would not be frequently accessed after the initial loading of the space.

A secure heated garage would work depending on location, but a corner in a larger warehouse with drive-in access would probably be ideal.

Heated double garage (20x20) available for storage/parking only. No work allowed in the garage or any other use.

One year lease, $320 / month

Not available until June unfortunately.

Temperature is set in the garage at 5-10C, utilities included and temp must stay at this setting.

Location is in Banff Trail.
