Nobody? Nothin at all?

Dunno if this should be in sports, so if a mod sees fit to move it...

Anyways, lets start off with the best.

Ad Winner - #tideads - This was legitimately funny, and very meta. There was one point in the first half where the bottom ticker before play started was saying "this super bowl brought to you by" and it listed some companies like Dodge etc, and the final one listed was "and tide ads... and tide ads... and tide ads" Somebody should be given a huge bonus for this, one of the most creative ads I've seen on TV.

Ad Loser - Hyundai gives people cancer/#hyundaigivescancer - At least, that's what I got from the commercial. Also, super shitty buzzkill commercial. Complete fail.

Watched game on pvr, saw zero ads. Enjoyed halftime show more than I expected. Fun game.

The tide ads killed it, as well as the mt dew/doritos one with Morgan Freeman and that midget dude lip synching.

Did you guys see the SPAM ones? That wasn't national, only in certain markets. Was surprised they're spending in the Super Bowl window.

Looked delicious.

Tide ads really putting themselves over the top after the whole Tide pod trend. Amazon ad cracked me up too.

PVR'd the 2nd half of the game. Watched all the commercials while skipping the 30 seconds between plays. NFL games go by so fast when you can keep skipping to the next play while game clock is running the whole time. There's really only about 60 plays per game on average that last about 5 or 10 seconds. Average action or playing time in a NFL game is only 11 MINUTES!

Just watched it and OMG they're cooking the same way my mom does! <3

if you ever have gamepass, it has condensed games (i.e. no commercials, no breaks) but has all plays including penalities. games are around ~25-35 min. Don't really believe the 11 minute

Hyundai and Steven Tyler.
Anyone who's seen Top Gear and Steven Tyler knows he's an absolute terrible driver.

^

Just do the math. At average of 60 plays per team not lasting much longer than 5 seconds each gives you about 10 minutes of action. The rest is replays, reviews, commentating, and other forms of "loitering" lol.

Anyone else enjoy the "Built to Serve" MLK ad?

How the fuck someone at Ram AND MLK's estate could have greenlit that one
