I am looking for a contractor to finish my basement. Basement is almost 70 % Done.

I just had my basement completed yesterday, similar situation as you, it was about 75%, it needed electrical, some finishing work and painted. Used a finishing contractor and an electrician we found on Kijiji. Both contractors were great, had reasonable rates and trustworthy. Pm me if you want their numbers.

Isn't this risky business for the 1st guy who uses them?
Are you getting referrals or just supervising the whole day?
