Where to go for minor body work? (punctured tailgate)

My brother's tailgate was attacked by a trailer. Anyone recommend a place that may be able to repair this?

Probably cheapest to get a tailgate off Kijiji and get it painted.

That was my first thought. Price is about $1-1.3k going that route. Thought I'd check into repair options.

Based on the look of that truck I'd say the hole adds character.

Edit. Any bodyshop should be able to weld in a new spot and repaint.

I picked up a new (used) tailgate for $350. Am going to get it painted (blue) (approx $250) and then wrapped (green).

He should probably get rid of that bumper and those lights before he even thinks of getting a new tailgate.
