anybody know ball park number to install a gas line to the kitchen? Undeveloped basement, Furnace / hot water tank is on the other side of the house, fairly straight shot. Anybody know of a good HVAC/Gas fitter/Plumber?

Not sure how relevant it would be, but I was quoted at 440 bucks to add a gas line to the kitchen for a gas stove for my new build. Should be fairly easy if the basement is not developed like you said.

I think that ~$500 range is probably pretty accurate... I believe I paid similar for a run to the BBQ in an unfinished basement

I think it was something like $25 / ft when I had my kitchen and BBQ line ran.
