I am selling my 2009 BMW 335I X Drive Sedan that has been highly modified recently. My job has changed and I need a travel vehicle. it just doesn't make sense to run the KM's up on a car like this. I basically replaced everything on the car the last 3 months to make it the way i wanted it.
Here is some information on the car:

Black Leather Premium sport seats with adjustable lumbar
Dark Blue Exterior Color
Automatic
185000 KM
Located in Calgary
It has all options for that year. Navigation, Heated Seats, Heated Steering wheel, Sirrius, A/C, Comfort Access, Remote start with your phone from any where you have cell coverage, New windshield just replaced, Tinted windows. The interior is in excellent condition and looks new and the exterior is in very good condition. I am the second owner and the car has never been in an accident. I have owned this car since it had 54000KM and taken very good care of it. It is always serviced at Gallery BMW.
The car runs perfect and the engine is strong. The compression was checked and it was perfect. I made sure to replace everything around the engine that can be a potential problem on these cars.

Using MHD for the tune on the car
VMR 710 gunmetal rims stagered with winters on them currently. I have a set of HRE rims with summer tires but I am keeping them for the next car. You would have to find a set of rims with summers or purchase summers for the VMR.
I spent a lot of time doing research and replacing any weak components on the car.
The car looks great and runs great. Not much more I can say other than I went way too far and need a travel vehicle now and not a weekend warrior. For any one looking for a fully built project car you cant beat this. I have spent over $13K on this in the last 3 months so my loss is your gain.
That being said I do not want to haggle or go back and forth so I have a FIRM price. $20K and not a penny less. That is more than fair considering what the car is worth bone stock and what I have invested over the last 3 months to imporve it.
