I originally got the recommendation from here... but Pho Chu The is hands down the best Vietnamese restaurant in town. Family (and extended family) run. I've been asking other people for their recommendation of best Pho spot... and I'll go out of my way to try those, but so far haven't found one that's better yet.

I'm sure if you gave them some heads-up you could get salad rolls from there... get the sate beef salad rolls, pretty much a mini-vermicelli bowl roll. I just wish they weren't so far from the core so I can go there for lunch, and not Pho Hoai!
