If its a OEM lock go to the dealer and they can use the master key set to remove

Looks like a OEM BMW wheel lock key. Does it have the spinning ring/collar on it? I had a pair of McGard wheel locks that I didn't have the key for. I emailed them a pic of it and they were able to match it perfectly from the pic and get it to me within 2 days of ordering.
