Garage Development Contractor Recommendations

Hey everyone. We're excited to move to our new home but it won't be for another 8-9 months lol. It is going to be built but we are looking into getting a company to build the detached garage, instead of the builder as it is way overpriced with the builder; then we'll include it to the mortgage.

We'll be moving to a pie lot so it'll for sure fit a bigger garage; we are looking at 22x24' garage.

Does anyone have any positive experience with a contractor for garages? I see that ReImagine builders have really good reviews in homestars.

Any feedback for contractors would be highly appreciated. Thank you all!

I used Toy Box Garage for my detached oversized double at the last house I was in and really enjoyed working with them. The owner was a stand up dude and had lots of good suggestions to bring what I wanted to life. This was 7 years ago but I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again, especially if the owner is the one doing the work still.

Strongly recommend Lee at LCC Developments. Has built several garages including 3 with carriage suites/laneway homes. Will tailor his quote to allow you to complete whatever aspects you may want to take care of. Lee 403 589 4693. He responds to texts as well.
