No deposit, just name down. If I do get it it’ll be when there are good charging options in nearby cities. More often than not we’ve had both cars in separate road trips since our oldest is in baseball now, so I need to be able to charge easily in places like Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, etc.

VW has to build out charging infrastructure thanks to dieselgate, and has 32 chargers scheduled for Canada in the next year. They include the all new 350kW chargers that will charge the Taycan to 80% in 15 mins. Porsche and VW catching up fast.

Tesla is already there today.

Tesla chargers only work with Tesla’s.

Back to Infiniti, I actually have my name down for the Q60 Black S. That’s supposedly coming in 2 years. Doubt I’ll go that route though with the E53 being a similar but more comfy version. Lots of F1 ERS trickle down in the Black S.
