Hello beyond. What do the white pipes do and are they too close to the wall or electrical/utilities inlet?

Intake and exhaust for a high efficiency furnace. No problem being close to electrical, although they are supposed to be some distance from gas pipes I think.

Thanks man. I also have this vent that may be coming from the tankless that causes a lot of frost on the exterior wall in the winter. Should it have been extended out?

Check your furnaces manual regarding venting. Also, the furnace intake (90’ elbow down) should be 18” from the ground, so it’ll be above the accumulated snow.
