good choice .. check the regulars, www.canadatrader.com (or is it www.autotrader.ca now?) and www.buysell.com (bargain finder)

theres always 3gen ludes.. nice choice.. plans on doing anything to it? those cars look great stock when cared for with a lower suspension and rims ..

If I dint gt my 4g I'd be driving one of the m.. PLUS the trunk is bigger in that gen

Get a compression test and drive a few of those cars .. if Your going to go for a 90/91 .. stray away from the Sr (2.1 L engine 140hp) they're notorious for burning oil ..p retty weak FRM sleeves in them. the 2.0 135 hp hold out much longer.

Pay close attention to the wheel wells in all the honda's for rust etc. thats where it starts.. if the paint bubbles a bit it'll come through very soon.

Drive lots of the cars too .. there will be some that'll handle ok .. but wont feel that tight .. then you'll get this one .. and it'll drive incredibly .. if you get a good tight engine you'll fly 140km/h on the 'foot all the time no problem and wont be able to help it ..

and uhm .. speedings bad

let us know how you make out.. pm/email me any time if you want a 2nd looker/opinion. ([email protected])

Thanks man. I've always been a fan of these cars. for now im just looking at probably drop + rims and a stereo setup. I doubt Id go for 90-91 because I dont have the cash for it now. My friend has a 91 SR and it burns like a mofo. When I drove my friends Si I couldn't keep my foot off the gas lol it was a fun drive :)

The ones on Canada Trader seem to go for a lot. The bargain finder is kind of cheaper. I'm thinking of buying this one. What you think?

hey, go to Graham Auctions out on 84th street. They got 2 of them. one is red with a seemingly rust free body, ~235000kms i think, PWR sunroof. It seemed to have an exhaust leak and a bit of a whacked out idle. $1200.There was also a gold one with ~250000kms. I think the owner wants ~$3000 or something like that. Both have pretty good interiors, both 5spd and non 4ws. They'll be there for this week I think, then go for auction on Saturday. hope this helps

I was just there about 3 hours ago and they were still both for sale. Are you sure the red one was carbed?

I was there. Those were the carbed models. S. Those cars are good for shells. The red one, the head is fucked and the gold one its been there for a while, nobody wants it. The reserve on the red one was 12 or 1400 (cant remember) but it got $700 in the ring.
