Beyond,

Anyone have access to or can point me to historical data?

Looking at an ‘18 MDX and sept seems good. 7k off cash purchase.

Will October see 8k?

Any help appreciated

I don't keep an eye on the MDX but 7k sounds pretty good. I get Acura emails from NW and Silverhill and don't recall seeing a discount that high. I've seen 5000 a few times and I think I've seen a 6500. Maybe go into a dealership and see what's left for inventory then decide?

It used to be $7K but not last few years or this gen.

Unhaggle is probably best place to check factory incentives, but Oct numbers probably won't come out until mid week earliest. It's only Oct 1st, not even Honda's own website has updated yet.

Just checked Sep:

$7K rebate on cash and finance.

$4K rebate on lease

Rates: 1.9% lease up to 48mths, 0.9-1.9% finance up to 48 months.

Loyalty and conquest rate deduction of 1% or extra $1000.

So I guess if you drive a BMW X5 and paying cash, you can have $8K off + whatever margin you can bargain off the dealer.

Still 7k without getting into dealers portion.

Easy 10-11k off these if the haggles are strong with you.

There is $6K of margin on a Elite. So yeah, $7K + loyalty/conquest + splitting the marign can definitely get you $11K off easy.

Which is pretty good. Prices will be going up right away either mid ‘19 or ‘20 due to tariffs.

Now is a good time.

Program info gets comes out October 2. Usually it's the day right after month end. Month end in this case was October 1

Do they offer these on the new RDX?

No discount on new RDX. They have a long waiting list of some combos already.

$1000 off right now.

I missed the boat, no more incentives on the ‘18. Now there’s $3500 on the ‘19. Not nearly as good.

Did they have any 2018s left though? Would be weird to drop the 18 incentive and have one on the 19s unless they were basically out of stock for the 18s.

$1000 off on 18s and 19s for cash and finance this month.

But 18s were such value that I'm not surprise if they were cleared out by $3500 off.

Looks like 2019 MDX will get the $3500 cash incentive and a 1.9% lease rate tomorrow through Sunday. Darkane, you interested in a beyond group buy?

Not at that price lol. Maybe they’ll surprise us with big incentives next month again.
