Corporate Headshots

I'm looking for a photographer to do some corporate head shots for myself and a few people. We're looking for someone who has ideas and is willing/able to give direction to ensure the best possible look. I'm looking for non-typical corporate shots. I despise the whole, arms crossed, photo from above crap and that seems to be the norm for anyone I've searched.

Have you used anyone recently? Any of the photogs on here looking to add a few more to the portfolio?

Oh - and I am not expecting a freebie or discount.

I went with https://toietmoiphotography.com.
Price was good, I talked with photographer on what I wanted. I had some examples.
We played about with some ideas. That being said I was on a budget. I got some good shots for the price.
That being said it depends on your budget. The more you pay the more you get kinda thing.
