i got a speeding ticket today. my heads up display(speedo) isnt working, do you think they will throw the ticket out? :angel:

Haha no way they'll throw it out, its your problem that your speedo isn't workin... The judge will seriously laugh at you, they might even make you get it fixed before you drive it again eh, if you said that in court...

yah, just go get a speedometer check, ($50.00?) and they'll throw the ticket out.. OR worst case, you'll have to pay, but no demeritts..

I had a buddy try the speedo thing once. He got his tested and it was off, because of the tires on his car. So the judge threw out the speeding ticket, and hit him with an "improperly maintained motor-vehicle", or something like that, ticket. It ended up where he paid more for the second one, than the first. Then again, this happened about 6 years ago, so things may have changed.
