My family is looking for a well equiped, compact sedan. I have narrowed it down to three cars: Toyota Corolla, Mazda 3, and Hyundai Elantra. I am well informed on the specs and features, but I need advice on which car will have the best overall quality, reliability, and value.

I'd say the totota and mazda for reliability and quality, but hyundai for value and warranty. Depends how long you want the car for. Personally I'd go with the toyota due to the company's reputation for making very long lasting cars.

well the mazda 3 (sedan) is definetely the coolest car of the bunch. looks the best, and has very good reviews as well. That would be the way i would go.

The Corolla probably has one of the best re-sale values. But....

I vote Mazda 3 :D

For quality and reliablity I would say go Corolla. Hyundai has a reputation for poor build quality

Well I would pick the 3, because in my opinion it's a great value for what you get. Plus it's fun to drive.

Friend bought an elantra. It was cheap and had been very reliable.

The Corolla is in 2nd year of production and most of thier initial issues (fit and build quality) should have been now addresed, where as the Mazda 3 is in it's 1st year of production and could have some issues.
