Custom Bench Cushions?

Our house has a built in bench in our mud room and I would like to get a custom cushion for it. Its just a rectangle basically and I just need a cushion that fits on top.

Any websites or local shops to recommend?

CR Techniques can very likely do it and they do great work.

We had a slightly triangular one made in the fall at Irvine Interiors, but they arent around anymore. Came to $450 or something like that. Any upholstery shop should be able to handle it, a large part will come down to the fabric, as its $25-100/yard. Ennis has some great ones around $35.

Sureline Foam Products, got the exact same thing made for our last house. Can't remember how much it cost, they're located in the NE behind Cactus Club off Barlow.
