Ticket troubles

i got a ticket a while back for not wearing my seatbelt. (going to the corner store, but no excuse none the less), anyways, i forgot all about it, and its too late to pay it now.

so what happens when you pay it one day late? it was due today, and i'm going to pay it first thing tomorrow morning, but i was just wondering if theres a letter coming. the bottom of the ticket warns me of a "warrent out for my arrest", and i dont want that on my record.

It's a default "guilty", and immediate payment. If you're a day late, $20 or 10% penalty, whichever is higher.

Not true. You have 3 days after the final due date to get in payment. Also, I think its $20 or 20%, whichever is higher, if the ticket is not paid after your 3 day grace.

i just didnt want them calling and getting my mom all worried back in calgary. shes fragile like that :rolleyes:
