$175,000??! Is that a typo?
It looks great and it's on the top floor in the heart of the city. Yes, an older building & it's tiny and it's odd that they made tiny units so high up, but still. That sounds CRAZY CHEAP!
If this is even partially normal, people should start pinching pennies and buying these for investment.
