View Full Version : Anyone using Member aka Apega Wireless and having issues?

Since about 4pm both my wife and my phone is not working unable to make calls or use data - we just get a message saying your home cellular provider has not authorized service.

I checked out our account and all the bills are paid and the phones are showing "Active"

edit: Well this is fucking annoying - I got a travel package in december that wasnt billed as member wireless, did not bill automatically either and was sent to me as an apega bill so I guess that may of been why they blocked it. Although who knows because there was no email to say we blocked you.

Yea you have to pay the travel fees separately from your usual bill.

They usually take over a month to send you the bill which is convenient.
