Its the 3rd race in the calendar my F1 chums.. Egg Foo Yan is on the racing menu.

Ferrari have vowed that they will not be noodling around this time and in a recent interview Leclerc has insisted he is no Peking duck.
Will Vettle get his act together or will he fly off the track into the GREAT wall.. or will he summon the old way of the Exploding Fist and charge forward..? :dunno:

I predict Bottas will finish 2nd. I think only one Williams car will finish last this time.
Max will come in 3rd. If Hamilton is not on the podium, he will blame his car being undrivable.

Lewis not looking great so far. I expect Bottas to outqualify him.
McLaren and Renault looking good pace wise in FP2. I just hope they're reliable in the race.

Sorry to go O/T, but a company I ran in the mid 90s, had Danny Lee and his bodyguard (Danny Lee from The Killer and owner of Magnum Films) walk into our office one day ( and later offer me a job in HK for most of 1996). We were leaving for a shoot in Florida that weekend, and he nonchalantly ordered up 1st class air to Orlando for 6 of his entourage (cough mistress/etc), and hung around for a week after we flew back to Calgary. He insisted on taking us for Chinese food. We thought he meant Gweilo Chinese food, not real Chinese food. A bit of a shock, that. Especially the green bean soup dessert. I almost didn't go to HK due to the green bean soup as a dessert. Got used to "real" Chinese food soon enough once I was there, although my brief time on the mainland proved that HK and Mainland food is different too (to me at least).

This is going to be a real interesting race, I can't wait.

Main grand stand packed and that was pretty well it... what’s up with those giant stands that were covered with ads? Almost no one standing in general admission.
