Anybody have any suggestions or contractor suggestions for how to fix a concrete pad that has sunken? House is 9yrs old and pad was poured in the 2nd summer. No issues till last yr we noticed the trim on the center column has opened up as you can see in the photo. The deck is level so it's not the column sinking but the decorative wrap around the column which is attached to the pad. We can see dirt from the retaining wall sinking under the pad every year. Need to fix asap.

Try Chad with Polyboss www.polyboss.ca expect around $750 or more to fix it depending on how bad it is.

In the mean time check your drainage, some sinking issues are caused by incorrect drainage which causes material to washout from under the slab.
