JUNE POSSESSION | DON'S MISS OUT, ONLY 1 HOME LEFT - The ML in the name of this project refers to Marda Loop but internally we’ve been calling it “Manhattan Loft.” We love the urban industrial vibe of the raw brick facade and Crittall-style modernist windows. Combined with vaulted ceilings and wide-open rooms, we’ve designed these homes to be reminiscent of the swoon-worthy converted living spaces adopted by artists in SoHo and Tribeca back in the 60s. Tailored for the site and neighborhood, we’ve merged the industrial look with a more traditional A-frame backbone, married by appealing contrasts in colour and texture. It’s a blend that is both welcoming and fresh.
