Hello Friends,
I am looking to sell my 2012 Porsche 911 (991.1) Carrera S. It is a pragmatically optioned example. It is one of the last years in which you can get a naturally aspirated non-GT 911. For this reason, the 991.1 Carrera line has become a unique and sought after group of cars - they're the most modern version of the 911 which you can get without turbos, which appeals to purists.
Some highlights:
- 77,xxx KM
- PDK w/ Sport Chrono (the most important option!)
- Soul Performance Valved Exhaust
- 20” OEM Carrera S wheels w/ Dunlops (Performance winter tires)
- No accidents
- All services up to date incl. brand new OEM brake rotors and brake pads ($2,000+ value)
- XPEL paint protection (full front hood + bumper + fenders, headlights, mirrors, pillars, partial roof)
- Vorsteiner lip kit, vinyl-wrapped in matte-black
Condition: The car is looked after as well on the outside as it is in the inside. XPEL has done its part to protect the body from rock chips and there are only some minor nicks that are unavoidable with driving on Calgary roads. Windshield has one rock chip on the driver's side, but there are no cracks. Interior has no noticeable wear and tear and can easily look brand new with a good detail. None of the 8 wheels have any curb damage.
This car makes for a great daily driver all year round, and is ready for winter with the performance winter tires. With winter approaching quickly, I am willing to work out a deal where I keep the Advan wheels, if that is a preferred scenario for any truly serious buyers.
This has been by far the best all around car I have ever driven. Out of the 4 cars I currently own, its the easiest choice to get into in any given circumstance.
It is phenomenal on gas for what it is (I once got 850 km on one tank, doing a trip to BC), refined enough for the daily commute, but also a brilliant car to drive spiritedly. It is just so balanced, and the chassis is amazing. It wouldn't take much more than sticky tires and maybe a set of Ohlins or KWs to make it a formidable weekend track warrior, should you choose to do so. I am going to miss it; I'm selling it so I can focus on other endeavors.
Like I mentioned, I am open to negotiation with serious buyers. With that being said, please don't send me a Kijiji link of a 2009 Carrera in Ontario that has lower mileage, telling me that I should be pricing my car the same. You will see that my asking price is fair with some research.

I don't want to inundate this post with pictures, so here are a few. If you want more pictures, I can send you a link. Or better yet, if you're really interested, you can come see the car in person.
