I'm in the market to buy a nice handmade end-grain cutting board. I'm looking at European options but I'm curious if anyone knows of Canadian craftsman putting out high quality boards for <$300?

I remember there being a stall at the Calgary Farmers' Market that sold nice end-grain boards for around that price.

Nice work and good prices but a but small for what I'm after - min. 16" x 22".

My father has been a carpenter for 25 years, mostly building high end custom kitchens from scratch.
He can do something like this for you, can be custom made to your own specification.
