IT IS A SCAM!!!

Called the number in the description 972.768.8086

He says he is getting 50 phone calls an hour.

Says some eastern block dude copied his description verbatim. He sold it for $53,000 in December.

Hey benyl When i emailed that person well today the person replied Looks at this:

Good evening,

The 2002 BMW M5 Navigation Loaded Famous, is in a perfect condition with only 37843 mileage. It will be shipped from ITALY and you have to pay the shipping and insurance charges. So email me the name of the nearest port of you, for i can calculate the fees and give you the total that you have to pay for the car.

The car title is clear. The original receipt and all remainded warranty information packet with enrollment number is included for you. If necessary ever I will assist you in getting warranty help; most people on ebay just dump it on you with a useless warranty.

Right now it is ready to ship.

The terms are a deposit of $3000 and balance due in 5 days.

The price we hope to obtain is US $9,100.00 and if you agree with this price we can start to complete the transaction.

The payment must be done using a wire transfer.

The inspection period for it is 30 days.

If you agree with these terms, let me know and i will be more than glad to start to complete the transaction with you.

Susan Riddle
Thanks!

It has already been reported... that is why it is no longer a valid item.
