Not impossible. The hardest of course would be upgrading the ships to be available within 30 days. 30 x 1,000 troops would be trivial.
Of course one has to wonder if its actually necessary. If China invaded Greece, I guess its a possible scenario - but nowadays its far more likely China would just buy Greece. I mean realistically the USA could invade Greenland with a single ship, but again - far more likely to just buy it.
