It's aim at Chinese tourists. It must be easier to keep a small town pretty for tourists to free roam.

That is actually very nice, NGL. Shows a competent civic design strategy and a coherent architectural theme. Not bad for something built with slave labour.

The best achievements of human history is done by slave labor.... the Pyramids, USA, Air Jordans, iPhones.

USA, Eritrea and North Korea all have the same taxation system for overseas citizens - That being you owe money no matter where you are or where you go. Personally I think that North Korea is maturing into the exact path the USA took in 1970's. So much in common. Meanwhile South Korea is turning into a European frivolity state.

It looks pretty impressive from the blimp view.
