I guess it technically was an active shooter as he kept shooting at random people as they peeled out of the parking lot. Didn't hit anyone tho. They headed west of Red Deer and I was in Sylvan at the time at a Christmas party. Police cruisers were swarming the area. Extreme emergency, they even drove over top of the 11A/20 roundabout to get around traffic.

We have the death penalty. Whom ever decided this waste of skin should of been released after his original stint in jail, sentenced the victim to death for being around this guy accidentally.
