'tis the season and I'm probably politically incorrect in some circles but Merry Christmas to y'all. Personally, it's been a busy year for me but I still managed to get out and enjoy a few beers with two beyonders.

Christmas this year at our home is probably the least materialistic one we've ever had, kids are all grown, no grand kids yet (yay) and it was agreed to by all that getting together to enjoy each other's company, playing some games (crokinole), enjoying some drink and food was much preferred to all the hustle and bustle of trying to find that right gift.

Lights are up outside but in the house we went very sparse this year and yet, it has a sort of neat feel to it. Even tomorrow won't be the traditional turkey for us, this year it's a couple of hams - first time we haven't done a turkey at Christmas.

Never the less, here's to hoping y'all will be having a great time with friends and family because the time spent together is more important that the physical trinkets given and received or at least it is that way in our household.

Anyone that finds your post politically incorrect is retarded.

Happy new year old man.

This is Beyond. If you enter a birthdate and it makes you younger than 40 you get rejected.

Merry Christmas :D

Merry Christmas. No gifts for my family this year, travelled overseas to be with family which I much prefer to giving gifts. Made some small donations to charities as well instead.

Merry Christmas you fuckers. Except for those fucking '08s, you can fuck right off.

We are doing our Christmas dinner tonight as we don't have our kids tomorrow night as they are with their others, so Turkey is in the oven right now and damn does the house smell so good.

And yes, I am cooking, because we know if baygirl was, the fire department would be here and we would be spending Christmas Eve in a hotel....Love you...HAHAHA

Merry Christmas ya filthy animals.

We usually are visiting our parents at their warm places, but staying home this year. This is our first white Christmas since my wife and I have met, and it'll be the first white Christmas for our Daughter too. Nice not to have to do the whole airport thing and can just relax and spend time with family. Will be probably the highest number of consecutive full days I've spent with my daughter since I took time off when she was born haha, can't wait.

We aren't Turkey ppl, will be having the usual ribeye's tmw.

Merry Christmas!

Hey Spikers - at least they can't put you up at the t&c so... You might get a good hotel - you may want to rethink letting baygirl cook

Merry Christmas.

Was only able to hit 1 of the many Christmas movies I’m used to watching. (Die hard) this week... the ones I didn’t catch are. Home alone, jingle all the way, Edward scissorhand, hook, ghost (I notice it’s not on yearly), mighty ducks (haven’t seen this on for 3-5 years now)... the later years I’ve accepted as Xmas movies. Bad Santa, elf.

Half my family has come down with the flu, which is extra offensive because we all get our flu shots every year. My wife and one kid are barely functional, but we have managed to see the Christmas light displays and eat Chinese food like usual. Second kid is showing signs of illness in last few hours, and I'm feeling exhausted. Four family Christmas events left to attend in the next 48 hours. Not sure we'll make all of them.

Watching TNG with wife now. Kids in bed. Wish us all luck!

Yes, but I'm only judging because you stacked them all with each other's colours. The aesthetic is terrible.

Everybody enjoy time with your families. I came home from a day out visiting to find my dining room dimmer switch starting to burn. I guess not staying late was my Christmas present this year.

Certainly a blessing in disguise, better to replace a single switch as opposed to a whole home.
