Ferrari of Ontario is a fun place, great guys who work there. A friend of mine was captain for Team Ferrari for one of the autoshows...needless to say we have some interesting stories:D

the full story

On Sunday September 14th , 2003 Ferrari Maserati of Ontario held their 6th Annual Ferrari Maserati of Ontario Rally in support of the Hospital for Sick Kids Foundation.

Over 50 cars departed from Ferrari Maserati of Ontario in Toronto with many of them trying to get bragging rights as winner of this annual event. The cars headed out on a mystery route not knowing their final destination. Following a series of clues and riddles the route lead the parade of cars outside of the GTA and eventually ended up back in Vaughan.

Once the route was completed, the participants were treated to a fabulous evening of dining and entertainment. Also included was a silent and live auction for some fantastic items including a personalized trip to Maranello, Italy to visit the Ferrari Factory and the authentic rear wing plate on the 2002 Ferrari F1 race car.

The day was a tremendous success as over $100 000 was raised for the Hospital For Sick Kids. Not only was this one of the largest collections of Italian sports cars in Canada but also a great human-interest story as all proceeds from this event will be donated to the Hospital for Sick Children Foundation in Toronto. This wonderful event for a great cause has raised in excess of $500 000 for the Hospital. Special thanks to all those who participated and made this event possible.

I was under the impression all Ontario cars needed front plates. It was about Ferrari of Ontario, so I just thought it was interesting that it .seemed like only one of the cars is actually owned by someone in Ontario.
