Not sure if this goes here so please move if need be!

Took my old 94 Vanguard boat in for service this week and turns out the transom is badly cracked and the cost to repair far exceeds what I paid for it so we decided to move on. Going to be able to get some decent cash for the motor and trailer but the boat itself is toast. Been looking online at a few used boats but I am not at all experienced in newer stuff and would like to find a solid dealer to work with. Has anyone recently purchased or dealt with any dealers around Calgary/Edmonton that would recommend them? When I bought my Sea-doo a while back the experience was a nightmare so I need a new place to go.

Not looking for anything fancy, I mostly use it for fishing, but we enjoy taking people out tubing/skiing on the weekends as well. My budget would likely be $25k or less, so looking at boats in the 2006-2012 range.

Side note: Any idea what I do with the old boats body? Where can I dispose of it?

I know the vp of martin motor sports well. I deal with them for any quads/boats. Could send you his details and he'd put you in touch with one of their senior sales people no problem.

That would be great because the 2 boats I am interested in the most are at Martin Motorsports Marine!
