Anywhere have deals on in-stock 24" monitor? Basic office use, but would be nice if it had a good vareity of inputs. Between the hokey WFH stuff my wife has, and my dock, and other stuff, might need DisplayPort, HDMI and those DVI or whatever older style connections. All three would be nice.

Nice, following this thread. Looking for a monitor and a dock possible next 3-4. Looks like we might be in this longer than the smarty pants think. Folks, any preference in terms of Staples vs Best Buy vs Memory Express?

#ExtraSlow what laptop and docking station are you using? USB-C, -3 or Thunderbolt?

No idea if they're in stock in store but costco has 24" for 190$

I just got two BenQ gl2480 for $140 each from memory express. No display port but has HDMI, vga, and dvi. There's also an LG 24BK400H-B for about the same price.

Are there any places that carry Dell locally? Thinking of upgrading a couple of my old monitors to 27" Ultrasharps but would like to see them in person first.

Microsoft Store in Chinook carries Dell laptops and has them on display, they may have monitors too.

My work let me take my laptop and monitor home.

I had two but could only find a stand for one.

My son came home from college early so I grabbed his 32" TV and am using it as a third monitor.

Fills up my desk but it works...

Would this be a good buy? Have duel screens at work but at home space is tight.

the resolution on that isn't gonna give you any more than having one monitor... just size. It's still 1920x1080. This would be two windows of 960x1080
If you want to run two windows side by side you want something like this

https://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX71917
This is 2560x1080 so you could have two windows of 1280x1080 side by side; still not idea but better. This would be similar to having two oldschool square monitors (standard ratio vs 16:9)

Went to memex NE and got a 27" Samsung for $199. 24" seems to be in short supply everywhere.

MemX is laughing all the way to the bank clearing out cables and adapters to connect all these things.

If your in a bind, I picked up a few of these for some people at work who need screens at home (Payroll/AP etc.). They needed a good wipe down but they worked fine for the purpose.

I don't know the guy, and frankly its a "warehouse deal" so you can't plug in or anything, but for $39, the price is fair. If you are struggling to find something decent and just need something to push you through until your back at the office.

Is any one of your guys companies allowing you to buy a monitor for working from home and claiming the expenses for tax purposes on the T2200 next year?

What's a decent 27 inch monitor that can be used as the middle monitor in a USB-C daisy chain. So I think it needs a display port out?

How about this 32 at Costco? https://www.costco.ca/samsung-32-in.-curved-gaming-monitor-(2560-x-1440).product.100519211.html

So what I want to do is plug 2 monitors into a single USB-C port on my laptop by daisychaining them, along with any other USB peripherals (actually never done it before). I already have one monitor with displayport and hdmi to use as the end monitor. I assume the middle monitor needs to have both a displayport in and displayport out? I don't think I can do it with HDMI between the 2 monitors.

For this quarantine period I can just use the dock. But eventually when we go back to work I don't want to have plug everything in every time. Would rather just plug a single cable into my laptop that provides power, display, mouse, etc.

Save money on cables and adapters. Get the 49", which is basically two 27" snapped together.

This is the one I'm looking at, 49" and USBC, just not sure if my Macbook Air (2018) is going to be able to drive that much monitor or not.
