Cleaning Gravel Off Yard

New to lawn maintenance. What's the best way to get all the gravel and crap off my lawn? It looks terrible right now! Should I rent a power rake from Home Depot?

Generally my lawn is shit. Any tips on how to get it ready for the summer I would appreciate as well.

Thats what professional landscapers use for the grass beside roadways. Soft paddles, very effective.
