Rocket hub keeps switching to old APN

Have a ZTE MF275R,

About every 2-3 days it reverts to its original APN settings - no apparent rhyme or reason, not reset not powered down or battery run out. Just flips from its public mobile APN back to Telus.

Funny part is it forgets the PM settings... Even though it's added, saved, set to default. That APN choice is suddenly gone, needs to be re-added every time the digital signal indicator goes to yellow.

Am I missing something? Is there a way to tweak the defaults to stop doing this?

- check for FW upgrade (it also might have had something pushed through recently)

- reset back to factory and try again

- contact Telus support (assuming they sold it to you)
