Looking for someone to service my AC - just annual maintenance and such. I had an appointment with Action Furnace that I booked 3 weeks ago, they cancelled on my today due to weather and the next appointment now would be mid-June....so need someone sooner than that hopefully.

EDIT: This is for home ac btw.

Thanks.

I have always deal with Arpi's and they have been pretty good about getting an appointment the next week. They are getting into the busy season now, so start calling.

Got this in my email from the company who installed my a/c last year. Really good guy, would recommend without hesitation

EDIT: well that uploaded pretty blurry for some reason. Here is their website:

No idea if $99 for a furnace + A/C annual maintenance is a good deal or not.

What does a AC service include? I've never done this before. I don't plan on starting but I'm curious what they do.

Thanks for the info and recommendation guys.

Anyone have feedback on JPS Furnace and AC? They have great reviews too but I don't want the experience to be a shitty clearview plumbing experience.

Supposed to test for leaks, pressure test the system, check coolant levels, and clean up the compressor and such. I've never done it before but have had the AC now for like 5 years, so thinking it may be due as a proactive measure. $129 via JPS Furnance and $149 via Action Furnace.

Just change your furnace filter and give the outdoor condenser fins a good cleaning with the garden hose. I’m in the industry and I just did my first ‘maintenance’ on my home a/c that I put it in 16 years ago. All was good. If the a/c doesn’t work, then call somebody to look at it.

W&J Heating just did my AC install, they seem like good guys. Prompt, on time, cleaned up, etc etc.

This is kinda what i figured. its a pretty simple setup with few maintenance points.
