Recommend me a *GOOD* window repair/installer

Under 5 year old window leaked from the top of the frame previously during heavy rainfall. 2 companies could not find the issue, yet the stucco, flashing, waterproofing, etc were completely redone last year. Bigly leaks again this year. Getting this repaired would be a great idea.

I need someone I can trust, someone I can hold, someone to share my risotto-fried rice with. I know you guys won't let me down.

Bump. Does anyone have a recommendation? The tradespeople who worked on this in the past are pointing fingers at each other. Which means that I am going to have to pay up for this repair.
