Pros:
-M Sport suspension and Brembo brakes added from factory
-completely clean CarFax (bought from a mature owner, Calgary car all it's life, no accidents,NOT rebuilt/salvage)
-also have copies of ALL maintenance/repairs from Calgary BMW
-newer, more reliable N55 engine instead of the old N54 (same 300hp/300 ft/lbs torque)
-NEVER been modified
-just did oil/filter change (Mobil1 Synthetic)
-almost new windshield
-NOTHING wrong mechanically (body is 9.5/10, hood and front bumper has 3M)
-tires are sticky Michlelin Pilot Super Sport summer tires with about 75% tread left (separate set of OEM BMW rims/newer winter tires w/ 9/32 and 11/32 tread can be negotiated in as well)
-will include bluetooth receiver for music and dashcam
-currently has 15mm wheel spacers on front and back (easily removeable, gives better handling but does rub rear fenders a bit when going over big bumps at higher speeds)
Cons:
-no NAV or backup camera (DOES have backup sensors though)
Reason for selling:
-working from home, need to downgrade to something a lot cheaper but still nice
-may, however, consider adding cash for something really nice/fast though, like a Lexus ISF or Mercedes C63

Due to COVID, will only show car if we've discussed ballpark figures first...had to deal with a curber coming to my house once and pressuring me to take his garbage lowball offer.
That being said, also goes without saying that I have no interest in dealing with any dealerships, not interested in contributing to your profits, just looking for a fair deal (been around cars my whole life, I'm not your target customer).
If you want to buy with cash, throw me an offer, worst I'll do is laugh/ignore you. Posted price is just to deter lowballers.
